Colorado dream house for sale: 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom, energy-efficient, pet-frendly

After only 9 months at his new dream house in Aurora, Colorado, which he took much pains, time and money to set up just right, my cousin Jacob is moving again. What could possibly motivate a single father with three kids to move again so fast? You would never guess.

Turns out that his kids really NEED to go to the same school with their cousins. But they can't do that without moving a couple of streets over. Didn't Jacob know this when he moved last year? Of course he did and so he asked somebody at the school about it - they said "no problem," but now there is definitely a problem!

Of course, if it was me and "somebody" in a position of authority told me something that I depended on and later turned out to be wrong, I would make that somebody into a "nobody" pretty darned fast, or at least die trying... Well, not Jacob - he is taking the high road and is planning on moving, instead.

He already found a new charming "little" castle nearby to call home, but before he can move, he has to sell his current house. We are talking top of the line stuff here: energy efficient features like energy star appliances and ceiling fans, fancy-shmancy light switches, passive solar (whatever that means) and much more. You think it and this pet-friendly house most likely already has it.

But don't take my words for it - check out Jacob's for sale immaculate 6 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath house along with the gorgeous mountain views it presents for yourself. Yes, he even made a website for it!

P.S. When I told Jacob that another move within one year sounds like quite an undertaking and especially over something as "trivial" as the kids' school, this amazing man simply answered: "Hey, it's 9 months, and millions of women accomplish much more major tasks in that time." So they do, so they do...
