Craftsman 16'' Metal Hand Box

Dear Microsoft,

Thank you for letting me know that I have earned 8% cash back on the purchase of a Craftsman Toolbox at Sears. I am glad that your Sears referral link was correct, even though that means that the information on the Sears site, pegging Bing Cash Back at 2%, was in error.

I really appreciate the extra 67 cents, I really and truly do. However, I would also like you to find the $18 in previous Bing Cash Back awards that were supposedly sent to my PayPal account on April 18th, only to mysteriously disappear and to never be seen again.

I know you have been diligently looking for that money ever since I filled out my inquiry on May 1st. You have been really good about keeping me posted, updating me every couple of days as you automatically escalate the issue from one Chinese robot to the next.

However, it has now been almost 2 weeks since you commenced the search of my money in the big bad virtual black hole of the Bing Cash Back lost and found. I would think that you would have some luck finding it by now, unless, of course... And here you have to forgive my cynicism, but it does make one wonder if any Bing Cash Backs ever do make it to their intended final recipients?!

Sincerely,
Jake

Here is a brief update on my Microsoft Bing Cash Back. The payment never arrived to my (or anyone else's) PayPal account and was returned to my Bing Cash Back account automatically after 30 days. Knowing what I know now, I would have never even bothered in talking to Microsoft's Bing Cash support computer aided Chinese tech support infrastructure...
