Got an email from a recruiter for Google yesterday. I am happy with my life here in Colorado - the pace is certainly slower the the Silicon Valley or LA and that's good. Yet, I miss all my friends in California and it would be nice to have a $150K / year job again with all the great benefits working with the smartest people on earth, instead working 24/7 in this strange business of mine, hardly making ends meet... So I updated my resume and agreed to talk to him today. It was a rather pleasent 40 minute conversation. Where will it lead to? Will they want to take it to the next step, will I want to move back to the valley for this job? Live and see, live and see...
