Pygmy goat kids
Exactly a month ago today, I picked up two of the cutest little pygmy goat kids - a brother and a sister. (They are 2 months old in the attached picture, which was taken on May 6th.) The kids were very small - just 6 weeks old - when I got them, barely ate anything and were quite frightened of their new humans at first. However, over the past month they have made visible progress - they grew quite a bit, are not shy about demanding their favorite snacks by knocking on the stall door with their front legs and they eat the snacks from my hands.
Hope they start eating some of them tumbleweeds, too. As cute as they are, I didn't exactly get them for their cuteness. They must fulfill their life purpose - to become ultimate environmentally friendly lawnmower replacements by eating weeds.
